LONG-TERM WARRANTY COVERAGE!

We have designed our one/five year warranty program to let you know what we have always known; that Fuqua Building Systems are the best value on the market. With so much to worry about these days, the last thing we want you to be concerned with is your home. That is why we have developed a warranty plan that exceeds those offered by the average home builder.

ONE YEAR INSTALLATION WARRANTY COVERAGE ITEMS INCLUDE:

Floor Covering*

  • Vinyl Flooring

  • Ceramic Tile

  • Wood Laminate

  • Carpeting

Plumbing Features

  • Faucets

  • Sinks

  • Shower stalls

  • Bath tubs

  • Commodes

Cosmetic Specifics

  • Screens, windows, trim and shutters - window coverings - fixtures

  • Door handles and knobs

  • Electrical cover plates

  • Mirrors or window glass

  • Cabinets, cabinet doors, passage doors

  • Countertops

  • Appliances

  • Plumbing fixtures.

(Cosmetic damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of home or at final cosmetic walk through.)

*Many products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. These may include but are not limited to the furnace, thermostat, refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, stereo, faucets, sinks, tubs, showers, windows, exterior doors, siding, and shingles. Should you have difficulty receiving service from the manufacturer, we will assist in resolving the problem. Please refer to your one-year warranty in homeowners packet for specific instructions.

HOW IS YOUR WARRANTY ACTIVATED?
  • Your home must be set up to meet or exceed Fuqua Building Systems requirements.

  • Your home must be supported by Frost Footed piers, runners, foundation or basement.
  • Your warranty card must be properly filled out and mailed to the Fuqua warranty office within 30 days of your retail delivery.

  • We must receive your final signature on your Direct Fuqua Finish Final Walk Through.

Your home must remain on original site, you must comply with the Fuqua Building Systems Homeowner and Set-up manuals. Fuqua Building Systems reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this warranty without notice or obligation. Non-transferable. This warranty does not apply to homes used for commercial or rental purpose.
