Most Fuqua Homes are built stronger with 12” engineered truss floors that are stronger than 2”x12’s”, let alone the 2”x10s” used in a typical home. 2”x6”exterior walls are standard in Fuqua Homes, delivering 50% more lumber in the walls and a much quieter home than ordinary homes with 2”x4” walls. Fuqua only installs engineered roof trusses (instead of inferior rafters) for a stronger roof load than most conventionally built homes.
