Job-specific craftsmen build Fuqua Building Systems. Unlike conventionally built homes where a few “jack of all trade” framers build the floor, the exterior walls, interior walls, the roof, and more, Fuqua employs over 150 technicians who are trained and skilled in one specific area of the building process, so they become professionals in their art. As an example, the craftsmen that build the floors build only floors, 52 weeks per year, eight hours a day, and they become specialists in the floor building process. This is the case in every area of construction and adds a huge amount of precision and quality to a Fuqua home.

 

b. Utilizes Superior Construction Techniques

Fuqua Building Systems are built utilizing jigs and framing tables to construct the floor, walls, and roof. They are assembled in a square jig with special adhesives and nailed for a much stronger, straighter structure than conventionally built homes.

Fuqua Building Systems go through an extensive Quality Assurance Process. Each home goes through over 20 hours of pain-staking quality inspections including inspection by a state approved third party.
